LoadFoundry Driver Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
This policy explains how Explore More TX LLC, doing business as LoadFoundry TMS ("LoadFoundry," "we," or "us"), handles information when authorized drivers use the LoadFoundry Driver application. The app is provided to drivers through a subscribing transportation company or other organization.
Information we process
- Account information: organization identifier, email address, internal user and driver identifiers, and authentication session information.
- Dispatch information: assigned load details, customer references, pickup, stop and delivery locations, instructions, equipment information, and scheduled times supplied by the driver's organization.
- Driver activity: arrival and departure times, receiver signature names, completion status, and offline actions waiting to synchronize.
- Location: precise device location only after the driver enables location sharing and only while the app is open. The latest reported location replaces the prior current-location record.
- Device information: device identifiers and push-notification tokens used to deliver assignment and dispatch notifications.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, display assigned work, synchronize times and signatures, notify drivers about assignment changes, show current driver location to authorized dispatch personnel, preserve offline work until service returns, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and provide customer support.
Who can receive information
Driver and load information is available to authorized users within the driver's LoadFoundry organization. We also use service providers that operate the application, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Google Cloud for application hosting, and Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. These providers process information on our behalf to provide the service.
LoadFoundry does not sell personal information and does not use driver information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Retention and security
Operational records are retained according to the subscribing organization's business and legal needs. Current-location reporting stores the most recent reported location for the linked driver. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, organization-level data separation, and authenticated services designed to protect information.
Your choices
Drivers can stop location sharing from the app or device settings and can change notification permission in device settings. Account access, correction, deletion, and questions about an organization's dispatch records should first be directed to the driver's employer or organization administrator. Privacy requests may also be sent to LoadFoundry using the contact information below.
Children
LoadFoundry Driver is a business application for authorized commercial users and is not directed to children.
